SIP II\u5c07\u627f\u7e7cSIP I\u7684\u6210\u529f\u8a18\u9304\u2014\u2014\u5411\u4e94\u500b\u672c\u5730Social Purpose Organisation (SPO) \u5206\u914d\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u793e\u6703\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u9752\u5e74\u798f\u7949\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u7d44\u7e54\u5e73\u5747\u7372\u5f97 250 \u842c\u6e2f\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9664\u4e86\u8ca1\u52d9\u652f\u6301\uff0cSIP \u4ea6\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ba1\u7406\u8aee\u8a62\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u63d0\u4f9b\u516c\u76ca\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u90fd\u662f\u5404\u81ea\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8c9d\u6069\u9867\u554f\u3001\u535a\u7136\u601d\u7dad\u3001\u9ad8\u5049\u7d33\u5f8b\u5e2b\u884c\u3001\u5fb7\u52dd\u8aee\u8a62\u548c\u666e\u83ef\u6c38\u9053\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u9818\u5c0e\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u8207 SIP \u548c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u7d44\u7e54\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5ea6\u8eab\u8a02\u9020\u7684\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u5229\u7528 SIP \u7684\u7db2\u7d61\uff0cSPO \u53ef\u904b\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u5411 SIP \u6295\u8cc7 1 \u7f8e\u5143\uff0cSIP \u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u53ef\u7372 2 \u7f8e\u5143\u6295\u8cc7\u50f9\u503c\u2014\u2014\u6b63\u9762\u793e\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u5e7e\u4f55\u7d1a\u56de\u5831\u3002<\/p>\n

SIP \u57f7\u884c\u8463\u4e8b\u9678\u610f\u73b2\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u4e94\u500b\u7d44\u7e54\u81f3\u4eca\u5728\u5be6\u73fe\u5176\u793e\u6703\u548c\u5546\u696d\u76ee\u6a19\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6210\u7e3e\u611f\u5230\u6eff\u610f\u3002\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u63a8\u51fa\u7b2c\u4e8c\u500b\u57fa\u91d1\u611f\u5230\u96c0\u8e8d\uff0c\u4e26\u6e96\u5099\u652f\u6301\u66f4\u591a\u7684 SPO\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n

Vinit Bhatia<\/strong>
\nVinit Bhatia is a Partner with Bain & Company, a world leading management consulting firm, the co-head of Bain\u2019s APAC Performance Improvement practice, and the co-head of Bain\u2019s Private Equity Practice for Greater China. Vinit has also led much of Bain\u2019s work in Hong Kong in the not-for-profit sector. He has led numerous engagements with social enterprises and NGOs that include organisations focused on social welfare, the arts and environmental causes.<\/p>\n

\u5085\u68e3\u7ae0<\/strong>
\nJonathan Fu currently serves as Trustee for the Fu Tak Iam Foundation Limited, a charitable foundation based in Hong Kong. He is also Managing Director at Eurasian Management. Prior to launching Eurasian Management in 2008, Jonathan spent five years at Walter Scott and Partners Limited, Edinburgh, where he was responsible for managing the firm\u2019s Asia ex-Japan and Emerging Markets investments.<\/p>\n

\nMingxia co-founded All-Stars Investment in 2014. He is currently a managing partner of the firm, focusing on investments in technology, consumer and healthcare companies in Greater China.
